Over the past year, we have developed a collaborative social business model that has gained significant traction in the market. It has created employment for over 10 villagers through a dairy product manufacturing unit. To expand this initiative and provide employment to more women, we need to scale up the dairy plant. It is also important to highlight the broader impact this initiative has had on the lives of women, the local community, and the environment. To achieve this, we are seeking network resources that can help us access funding, media exposure, distribution channels, and potential collaborators.

Human Resources: We collaborate with members of village self-help groups to employ women in our dairy plants. We also have a small team of dairy technologists and marketing specialists in our startup. Know-How: Our expertise lies in dairy technology and marketing. Network: As a startup in the dairy sector, we have a strong network of dairy farmers, rural communities, the scientific community, and customers. Production Facilities: We operate a dairy plant near Pune, India, which is owned and run by village women. Production is carried out on a daily basis. Services & Products: Over the past year, we have developed 10 high-quality dairy products, which enjoy a high rate of repeat purchases. Customers and Sales Channels: We serve over 2,000 customers daily through a network of more than 200 distributors, hotels, and grocery stores. Data: We capture various types of data related to daily production, sales, manpower, and financials. Pilot Testing: We have both the production facilities and customer base needed for pilot testing.
