We are seeking technical and operational expertise to optimize our recycling processes, including upgrading rPET pellet production for food-grade applications. Support in research and design to develop marketable products from recycled plastics is also needed. We welcome collaborations with partners experienced in circular economy business models, waste valorization, and product innovation. In addition, we seek access to advanced recycling technologies and quality testing tools, particularly for food-contact safety and compliance. Building global networks would help us scale impact, explore new markets, and establish cross-border collaborations for circular solutions in other developing countries.

Our organization has strong partnerships with government agencies, local municipalities, and community-based organizations across Bhutan, particularly in the fields of waste management, environmental education, and hydropower operations. We also operate Bhutan’s first plastic recycling hub, equipped with machinery for PET flake production, pelletization, and manufacturing of recycled construction materials (UR bricks). These facilities can serve as demonstration sites for technology testing, pilot deployments, and collaborative training programs.
